When will my order ship?
Estimated delivery does not include standard processing time. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Postal service delays are out of our control and may cause longer than expected delivery times.
Tracking my order?
Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment has been dispatched for tracking information to be updated. If there is a problem tracking your order, please contact Canada Post directly.
Is my order on its way?
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent notifying you that we have received your order. Please allow for standard processing time of your package. You will then receive a secondary email when your shipment is ready and tracking information will be available to you. Allow 24-48 hours for courier pick up and for tracking information to be updated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any shipping and handling costs if a package is returned to HODbeauty due to incorrect address, abandoned or refused package upon delivery. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Take a picture of all damaged items and send the photos to email@example.com. Upon receiving the photos, our care team will assess the damaged items and be in contact with you for further information and instruction. If a refund is approved, original shipping will also be refunded.
Lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Refunds or replacements of items will not be given if a package is declared delivered by courier service.
