Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to hygiene reasons we do not permit exchanges of products. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All products are individually quality checked before dispatch. If you received a defective or damaged item please email email@example.com and further instructions will be sent.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds. If you wish to cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been dispatched your order will be cancelled and refunded in the original payment. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you are no longer eligible to cancel for a refund. An email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
